Becker’s Healthcare included Dawn Javersack, senior vice president and chief financial officer of Nicklaus Children’s Health System, in its 2024 list “CFOs to Know.” The annual list recognizes finance leaders in health systems across the U.S. who carry a pivotal role in the financial success of their organizations.

Since 2020, Dawn has led the organization through some of the strongest financial years in its recent history. Throughout her tenure at Nicklaus Children’s, she has also played an instrumental role in overseeing financial plans that have allowed for headways into the system-wide mission of expanding and growing our services to better serve our community.
